Besides doing individual Reiki sessions and small group attunment classes, Krista Pfohl of Luna Frequency collaborates with friend, Moira Farrell of Hike and Heal Wellness . We offer sound healing events in and around Dane County. Events offered include: sound healing meditation, 1/2 day workshops, day retreats and overnight retreats. In our longer programs, we combine forest therapy, yoga, sound healing and Reiki to create space for deep healing and personal growth. Come restore and rejuvenate the mind, body, spirit with FUN!
